Registration Support

North York Hearts Soccer Club helps families understand program options and complete the registration process with confidence. Families can contact the club for help with registration instructions, player information, program requirements and payment questions.

Before registering, review the information for your selected program, including age groups, dates, locations, fees and what is included. Follow the registration and payment instructions provided for that season.

Program Administration

Program administration supports the practical organization of North York Hearts Soccer Club’s recreational, development and competitive programs. This includes coordinating player information, team rosters, schedules, locations and seasonal communications.

Families receive program-specific details about training, games, equipment and important deadlines. For teams using TeamSnap, confirmed schedules and locations are shared there, with updates as additional information becomes available.

For teams using TeamSnap, families should check practice and game schedules, update player availability and review notices before leaving for an activity. Schedule changes, cancellations and holiday updates are communicated through the team’s established channels.

Family Assistance

North York Hearts Soccer Club helps families find the right contact for questions about registration, programs, payments, uniforms and participation.

For general assistance, email info@heartssoccer.com with the player’s name, age group and a brief description of your question. Uniform requests and questions about ordering and costs can also be directed to this address.

Canadian Tire Jumpstart

Jumpstart provides financial assistance to help children from eligible families participate in sport. Availability varies by community.
