Club Programs and Registration

Program availability, schedules, locations, age groups, fees, and registration deadlines may change. Registration is not complete until all required information has been submitted and any applicable payment has been received.

Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate participant information, including emergency contact and relevant medical details, and for keeping that information current.

Fees, Cancellations and Refunds

Program fees and payment requirements are shown during registration. Any cancellation, credit, transfer, or refund request is subject to the policy communicated for the applicable program. Events may be postponed, relocated, or cancelled because of weather, field conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond the club’s reasonable control.

Participant and Spectator Conduct

Players, parents, guardians, coaches, volunteers, and spectators are expected to act respectfully and follow the club’s Code of Conduct. Harassment, discrimination, abusive language, violence, unsafe conduct, or deliberate damage to property may result in removal from an activity or further action by the club.

Health and Safety

Soccer and related activities involve physical exertion and inherent risks. Participants should follow coaching instructions, use suitable equipment, and tell club staff about injuries or health concerns that may affect safe participation. A parent or guardian is responsible for deciding whether a minor is medically able to participate.
